The Insurance and Safety Fee is based on the length of the scheduled shift and is typically calculated at approximately $0.30 per hour worked.
For most shifts, that works out to about $1–$2 total—and you only pay when you work. There are no upfront fees, no monthly premiums, and no long-term commitments.
